Los Angeles-based, Seattle-born drummer and producer Bobbyy returns with the announcement of his sophomore album, TACKYY, arriving October 16th via Dynamite Hill Records - founded by Pink Siifu.

Featuring contributions from artists including Salami Rose Joe Louis, Sam Gendel, AKAI SOLO, Demae, Tony Bontana, Telemakus, Miguel Atwood-Ferguson, Qur’an Shaheed, Astronauts, Etc., Niki Randa, and more, TACKYY is a result of a musical ecosystem cultivated through Bobbyy’s years of work with his bands sunking and High Pulp (Anti- Records). Following the success of his debut album Buckets, praised for blending Chicago house influences with experimental beat music, TACKYY marks a significant evolution, positioning Bobbyy as a key voice within Los Angeles’ thriving beat and jazz scenes.

On his debut solo album, Buckets, Bobbyy manifests a sensual, heavy-lidded vibe throughout while creating genre-fluid tracks that you wish would last longer. The low-riding single "Thence I Arrived on a Foreign Shore" glazes and blazes with sotto-voce, raunchy raps by Pink Siifu and Stas THEE Bossthat's paired with a wildly groovy remix by Galcher Lustwerk.
